Refund Policy

At Vidyamanthan International Pathway, we value our relationship with students and parents. However, due to the nature of our services (Consultancy, Personalized Mentorship, and Digital Testing), our refund policy is as follows:

1. No Automatic Refunds
We do not offer automatic online refunds. Once a service (such as a Psychometric Test or Admission Consultancy) has been purchased, resources are immediately allocated to your profile.

2. How to Request a Return/Refund
If you are unsatisfied with the service or have a genuine grievance, you must connect with our office directly.

Step 1: Visit our office at C - 50/51, third floor Shrinath Plaza, Dyaneshwar Paduka Chowk, Ferguson College road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune - 411005 OR call us at 9922874342.

Step 2: Submit a formal written request explaining the reason for the cancellation.

Step 3: Our management team will review your case.

3. Refund Eligibility (Case-by-Case Basis)

Services Not Started: If you cancel before the first mentorship session or before the psychometric link is generated, you may be eligible for a partial refund after a deduction of administrative charges.

Services Started: Once mentorship has begun, or a psychometric report has been generated, no full refunds will be issued. Partial adjustments are at the sole discretion of the management.

4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved by the office, the amount will be processed within 7-14 working days via the original method of payment or bank transfer.
