Welcome to Vidyamanthan International Pathway. By purchasing our courses, tests, or consultancy services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided
We provide educational mentorship, psychometric testing, and admission consultancy. While we strive to provide the best guidance and "Academic Parenting," we do not guarantee specific ranks in competitive exams (JEE/NEET) or guaranteed admission to specific universities, as these depend on the student's performance and external factors.

2. User Responsibilities

Students/Parents must provide accurate academic history and personal details.
Students are expected to adhere to the study schedules and mentorship guidelines for best results.
Disrespectful behavior towards mentors or staff may result in the termination of services.

3. Intellectual Property
All study materials, psychometric reports, methodologies, and content provided by Vidyamanthan International Pathway are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

4. Payment Terms

All fees (e.g., ₹40,000 for Mentorship, ₹3,999 for Psychometric Test) must be paid in advance or as per the agreed installment plan.
Failure to pay installments on time may result in a suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability
Vidyamanthan International Pathway is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client.

6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra
